Sushi Tei the other part : Sushi Mood Mode On!

This is it!

Sushi, one of most favorite Japanese food in my mind.

The roll of Japanese Rice, seafood, vegetable and the sauce 

become a super damn good combination. 

Now, we can find some variation of sushi 

in Japanese restaurant like Sushi Tei.

Jumbo Dragon Roll (85k++)

Taste : 8/10

Texture : 8/10

Presentation : 7/10 

The sushi combination of shrimp tempura, 

avocado, grilled eel, cucumber and sauce. 

Taste is really good, and I think the size are super big 

(maybe because the name is "Jumbo"). 

Texture is great and complex because the tempura is crispy, 

but the avocado and grilled eel are moist and soft. 

Must try it! (But I hope the presentation must be better)

Presentation : 8/10

Sushi with half cooked tuna with super creamy and moist texture. The creamy sauce make it perfect. 
The presentation is good and neat enough. 
When you put in your mouth, it's like melted and feel in heaven. One of the best dish and super recommended!
