Green tea mille crepes from Sushi Tei Jakarta. 
It's all about 21 layers of handmade crepes 
filled with fresh green tea pastry cream, green tea sauce, 
and ogura or red bean paste for the topping.

The texture is super moist, soft, and it is served in a little bit cool temperature so you can feel it like melting inside your mouth. 
The sweetness is good enough, not too sweet 
because the green tea sauce can balance it well. 
For the presentation I hope that it can be better next time. 
The serving time is fast so you needn't have to wait for a long time.
